Assassin's Creed III: Liberation Confirmed for PS Vita

GameInformer Magazine has released the first details of a title, so far unknown, called Assassin's Creed III: Liberation, in the last number that is starting to get subscribers. Contrary to what one might think at first, not a port of the next installment which will hit home consoles, but a whole new delivery developed by Ubisoft exclusively for PS Vita.

As you would imagine from the title, it takes place in the same historical framework that Assassin's Creed III, particularly in the Franco-Indian of the eighteenth century, and the star for the first time in the series wll be a woman named Aveline, with French blood and African American. The action of this adventure will move to the cities of New Orleans and the Gulf of Mexico.

Furthermore, although the game will not connect with the plot of Desmond, it does provide details about the world of the murderers and the Templars, and the inclusion of a multiplayer mode adapted to Vita.

Assassin's Creed III: Liberation was released the same day as the home console version, on 30 October. The development of the study is provided by Ubisoft Sofia.
